The problem
People buy supplements and cosmetics that don't suit them, get duplicates as gifts, or over-order. Resale currently happens through informal groups, with no checks on whether a product is sealed, genuine, in date or allowed to be sold.
The solution
Only eligible categories can be listed. Items must be sealed and in date. Listings are verified and payments are protected. Compliance checks are part of the listing and checkout flow, not a policy page nobody reads.
